Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in taking cello lessons with me!

I am Memphis native, University of Memphis Alum, and have taught cello in the Memphis Area for over 4 years. Recently I have decided to pursue cello full-time and have opened up my availability for new students.

I not only teach my students how to play the cello well but also grow them as wholistic musicians, teaching them the fundamentals of music theory, ear training, active listening, and improvisation, helping them perform at a high level but also helping them discover their voice as a musician, and the music that they care about.

I offer 30 and 60 minute lessons, at $35 and $70. I strongly encourage students, especially those who wish to take weekly lessons. to take the full hour. Lessons are hosted in my home in Midtown, Memphis. Instruments are not provided.
